    JULIE UTILITY LINE MARKINGS

    Sangamon Tree Service will submit a JULIE utility line marking request prior to your scheduled project. All tree removal projects, regardless if the stump is getting ground out, will get a JULIE request.

    WEATHER PERMITTING

    All projects are scheduled with the understanding that inclement weather may result in the project getting rescheduled. We will work to get the project rescheduled as early as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

    Sangamon Tree Service prides themselves on leaving a minimal footprint while working on your property. But at the end of the day, you may still be able to tell we were there working on the day of your project.

    We accept all forms of payment. If you wish to pay by card, we add a 4% processing fee to the transaction.

    PROJECT SCHEDULING

    Once you ACCEPT your estimate, we will work to get your project scheduled as early as possible. We do not need you to be present for your project. When your project is complete, we will send over an invoice that contains our billing instructions.

    EARLY MARKING

    Some projects that get approved, we submit JULIE requests for early with the goal of being able to complete the project prior to its original scheduled date. It doesn’t always work out, but if you see your yard marked way in advance of your project, it might be because we think we can get your project completed earlier.
